We offer Tool Dynamometers to measure cutting forces on various machines like Lathe, Drill, Milling machines. Tool dynamometers are useful to study, analyze the optimum feed, speed and depth of cut on different materials. The dynamometers are also available in various capacities as per customer requirement.
Lathe Tool force Dynamometer sensors three direction forces and displayed simultaneously on the Digital Display Unit. The sensor is provided with 25mm hole to mount directly on the tool post of the lathe machine. The display unit comes with two models one with 3 independent display for X,Y & Z forces with Analog Output to interface with external recorder. The other one has Computer interface to Log the data to computer. Also this model has inbuilt 128kb of memory to store the data as per customer set time in sec. The system works on 230V 50hz power supply.
