We offers Tool Dynamometers to measure cutting forces on various machines like Lathe, Drill, Milling and grinding machines. Tool dynamometers are useful to study, analyze the optimum feed, speed and depth of cut on different materials. The dynamometers are also available in various capacities as per customer requirement.
Drill Tool force Dynamometer senses Torque and Thrust forces and displayed simultaneously on the Digital Display Unit. The Dynamometer has to be mounted on the machine Table directly using T bolts. Self-Centering Vise (3”) can be mounted directly on the sensor to hold the job. The display unit comes with two models one with 2 independent display for Torque and Thrust forces with Analog Output to interface with external recorder. The other one has Computer interface to Log the data to computer. Also this model has inbuilt 128kb of memory to store the data as per customer set time in sec. The system works on 230V 50 Hz power supply.
