DESCRIPTION

The present electrical heating ginger dryer oven is designed to work in batch mode. It is specially designed for drying ginger (and other food material) with electric heating pipes elements. It is also fitted with automatic digital temperature controller. The temperature sensor installed inside the oven detects the process temperature continuously and gives feed back to the Digital temperature controller. The digital temperature controller compares process temperature of oven with the set point temperature initiated by user to dry the material, and provides the electrical feed to heating pipe elements, thus to control the temperature constant inside the oven. Being an Electric heating dryer, the oven has the feature of no pollution at end of end user.

The complete dryer comes with the instrumentation that supports IOT i.e. the dryer can be controlled and parameters such as temperature, Humidity inside the chamber can be observed and controlled From the remote location through mobile using WIFI or any other mode of wireless controlling.
