The Water Bath Incubator Shaker, also known as a Metabolic Shaker, is designed for laboratory applications requiring simultaneous controlled heating and shaking of samples.
The unit features double-wall construction. The outer body is manufactured from mild steel sheet with a powder-coated finish, while the inner chamber and lid are made from stainless steel grade 304 for durability and convenient maintenance.
The space between the inner and outer walls is filled with special-grade glass wool insulation, helping reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency during operation.
A microprocessor-based PID digital temperature indicator-cum-controller provides convenient temperature setting and monitoring. The temperature can be controlled from ambient temperature to 90°C, with an indicated accuracy of approximately ±0.5°C.
The integrated shaking mechanism provides controlled agitation of samples while they remain immersed or thermally conditioned in the water bath. The unit is supplied complete with a stainless steel shaking tray for convenient placement of laboratory containers.
