The MT-152 Series is equipped with Kanthal A-1 heating elements positioned on all four sides of the chamber to ensure rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution. Temperature sensing is achieved through a Chromel-Alumel (Type-K) thermocouple, providing reliable and accurate temperature monitoring during high-temperature processes.
The furnace is supplied with a pyrometer temperature controller as standard, while an optional Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller is available for enhanced temperature accuracy. For automated heating cycles, a Profile Controller with Ramp & Soak Facility can also be supplied as an optional accessory.
